The solution is to provide individual sales coaching to partners. Why does this work far better than any other methodology in achieving results?

  1. When you ask a partner who is doing little or no marketing or is ineffective in his/her marketing efforts to increase or improve his/her marketing efforts, you are asking for a behavioral change. This cannot be done on a group basis. This must be done on an individual basis to be effective.

  2. Sales coaching allows the individual to select a marketing approach that fits his/her personality. This allows you to go with the grain of the wood as opposed to against it. When you employ this methodology, you greatly increase your chances for success.

  3. Sales coaching provides the individual partner with the specific techniques needed to make them more successful. We are not all the same. We each have different problems. We each have different obstacles to overcome. An effective sales coach correctly diagnoses the problem and provides the appropriate tools, whether those be a more effective methodology, dispelling misconceptions or providing encouragement and a can-do attitude.
